Explain your reasons for choosing each particular background checks/test.
Compare and contrast your choices and note the potential discrimination issues using various tests. Seek to understand how each test or check is relevant to the job tasks, responsibilities, and legal requirements. Be specific. Example: in order to work as a nail technician, a person must have a State license showing s/he passed an exam and is registered. An employer hiring a nail technician would want/need to verify the person has a license since it is a state requirement and the employer could be fined. There are also safety issues if the company allowed an untrained or unlicensed individual to perform the work.
