Write an essay on your “own theology of pastoral ministry” and your “own journey of leadership” in which you articulate your reflections about your pastoral ministry during internship. As you do that consolidate what you have learned in class and what you are experiencing during the internship period. What you have learned should include both positive and negative experiences, as well as reflections on your own strengths and weaknesses. What you have learned should also include the most important lessons that you gained from your internship period, that is, articulate your growth in pastoral leadership and areas in which you could grow in the future. This should also include the role that you and your congregation are playing in the public realm, that is, in society or in the community. In the case that you and the congregation are not playing any role in the public terrain, what are your ideas regarding the role that the church should play in the public realm.
