 Consider the role of alternative treatments and interventions in the treatment of mental health/mental illness (examples: nutrition, meditation, exercise, acupuncture, etc). Discuss any evidence to support the use of these treatments, and how they may complement treatment for the client.  What are some steps you can take to educate yourself on alternative and complementary treatments?
